We recently had the pleasure of hosting the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners / MN Chapter (NAPNAP) at the Food Building.  It was the perfect corporate event space for their conference.  We served local meats, artisan cheeses, and stone-milled bread on our tasting platter. All meat and bread are made directly in the Food Building. The guests remarked how they loved being so close to where the food was made. You can actually see the bread being baked in Baker's Field Bakery if you walk down the hall of our corporate event space. We also served local roasted vegetables, a colorful fruit platter, house made potato crisps, rosemary chicken pancetta skewers, and Baker's Field cookies. Thanks NAPNAP for hosting your corporate event at Food Building!
